Andie Beaven
OGC Supplier Feedback Service
Andie has worked for the Office of Government Commerce (OGC) for nine years and in that time she has worked extensively on projects aimed at levelling the playing field for SMEs. She has managed projects to open up the supply chain for SMEs and she has also acted as OGC’s policy expert for the SME agenda. More recently she has been involved in OGC’s programme of Capability Reviews, a programme looking into the procurement and commercial capability of 17 Whitehall Departments. Andie is now the manager of OGC’s Supplier Feedback Service. |

Bradley Daly
OGC Supplier Feedback Service
Bradley first joined the OGC as a Service Desk Agent; he quickly specialised in providing advice about the EU Public Procurement Rules to purchasers and suppliers alike as part of his role on the Service Desk. Bradley was then promoted into the Supplier Feedback Service to handle case work. He is responsible for assessing the cases that are passed on to the Supplier Feedback Service, contacting the relevant public bodies, preparing responses and resolving cases. |

Tony Fish
eAuction Project Team, Office of Government Commerce (OGC)
Tony is a procurement specialist with a background in category management, procurement transformation and eProcurement across central and local government. Tony is currently working in the OGC eAuctions team, which is promoting best practice in eAuctions across the public sector. Tony is responsible for developing and managing the forward schedule of collaborative eAuctions. This work involves identifying suitable spend categories, benchmarking current deals and recruiting customers to participate in the collaborative eAuctions. |

Michael Green
Director, American Express
Mike joined American Express in June 2003 and is responsible for Account Development in Global Commercial Card UK. Prior to joining American Express, Mike was a Business Development Consultant for the tax practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, and his previous career included 10 years’ experience in Sales and Account Management at the European Insurance subsidiary of GE Capital. Mike’s team consists of two divisions: one devoted to the private sector and one specifically dedicated to the UK public sector. Mike’s team helps UK, European and global customers save money through the development of flexible, tailor-made payment solutions. |

Julie Harmer
PASS Consultant Julie has worked in the public sector for 35 years and has held senior procurement positions in the NHS, Higher Education and Central Government. She also has experience working in the private sector. She was part of the team that set up the first use of off-shore data capture by a government agency and has latterly been involved with the implementation of an ERP system, e-procurement solutions and the development and implementation of various procurement training solutions. |

Jim Johnston
Business Manager 2012 Games, Advantage West Midlands
Jim has been a member of the Tourism & Leisure unit at regional development agency, Advantage West Midlands, since 2003. Since the decision to award the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games to London, he has been working on maximising economic opportunities from the Games for firms in the West Midlands, mainly using the www.competefor.com system. So far, West Midlands firms have won the second highest total of contracts, by value, after London, through the CompeteFor system. Jim has nearly thirty years’ experience in the sports and leisure industries, including the management of swimming pools, dry sports centres, fitness clubs, ice rinks, and performance spaces – in both the public and private sectors. As Operations Manager, he helped to open the National Indoor Arena, Birmingham in 1991, where he managed major events including the World Badminton Championships and the indoor athletics seasons. |

Gillian O'Neil
Founder and Co-owner, Moviecom.tv
Gillian is an entrepreneur and has had huge successes with creative and technological companies, beginning in 1998 with her first creative agency, and then going on to launch a multimedia agency that developed unique presentation editing software in 2002.
She is currently in a strategic/advisory role on the board of 29studios, a specialist video production company with core competences in visual communication strategies which aims to help clients win multimillion pound contracts.
She co-founded Moviecom.tv, the online TV channel for business in January 2007, with the vision to build an online video platform for the business community to engage and empower the business world with online video. This saw remarkable changes in the way businesses communicate and became integral to business models across the country.
Moviecom.tv has penetrated the Scottish business market and is now expanding both throughout the UK and internationally. Gillian steers the strategic development of the company and has a hands-on role in engaging and educating the business community about the benefits of online video.

Mark Pinheiro
Commercial Delivery Manager ~ Fleet, Office of Government Commerce (OGC)
Mark is a member of the Fleet team, and is tasked with delivering £90 million worth of efficiencies within the category this financial year. He has worked for the OGC for approximately 11 months, where his main responsibility is supporting the Emergency Services Sector group to identify synergies and, through framework agreements, maximise value for money savings.
Mark’s core competence is procurement. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, primarily within the automotive industry which has included roles ranging from Purchasing and SQA to Logistics Management. Prior to joining the OGC, Mark worked for Remploy (a Non-Departmental Public Body) as Company Purchasing Manager, where Fleet was one of his key responsibilities. |

Francis Pullen
PASS Consultant Francis has specialised in eProcurement, Project Management and Change Management for both the Private and Public Sectors since 1993, including roles in a high profile UK design and development consultancy and the UK Criminal Justice system.As Principal Associate for his business Armine Associates, he has expanded the portfolio to include further key strands of business consultancy and training. Since 2003 he has been an independent seminar speaker and PASS consultant for BiP Solutions Ltd, delivering seminars for them around the UK to both Public and Private Sector audiences and helping businesses improve their processes. |
